Does Rabbit support skip intro and auto play next?
Yes. Rabbit shows skip intro, recap, and credits buttons when timing data is available — and a compact Play Next control at the end of each episode when another one is queued. Autoplay can advance automatically with a countdown, or you can tap Play Next yourself. On Apple TV, focus lands on Play Next so you can continue with one press on the remote. You can tune skip intervals and autoplay in Playback settings.
Do I need an IPTV subscription to use Rabbit?
Yes. Rabbit IPTV is a player — you bring your own IPTV provider. We don't sell or include any channels or subscriptions. You'll need an active Xtream Codes, M3U, or Stalker Middleware subscription from a provider of your choice.
Is Rabbit IPTV legal?
Rabbit IPTV is a media player application — the same category as VLC or Infuse. We do not host, distribute, or provide any streaming content. The legality of the content you access depends entirely on your IPTV provider. Please ensure your provider is licensed to distribute the content in your region.
How does the 14-day free trial work?
Start a free trial of Pro directly in the app — no payment required up front. After 14 days, you'll be billed via App Store or Google Play. Cancel any time before the trial ends and you won't be charged. Apple and Google handle all billing.
Can I use it on Apple TV without a phone?
Yes. Sign in directly on Apple TV with your Rabbit account email and password. Or, if you have the iPhone app, use the QR pairing feature to sign in instantly without typing on the TV remote.
Does it play MKV and H.265/HEVC content?
Yes — natively. Rabbit uses hardware decode on all supported platforms for MKV, H.265/HEVC, AC-3, EAC-3, and raw MPEG-TS. No software transcoding, no quality loss, no overheating.
Are my provider credentials safe?
Your credentials are encrypted with AES-256-GCM at rest the moment they arrive on our servers. They are never stored in plain text, never logged in our systems, and never visible to Rabbit staff. Only your authenticated devices can decrypt them.
How do I subscribe?
All subscriptions are managed as in-app purchases through the App Store (iOS, macOS, tvOS) or Google Play (Android). Rabbit never directly processes your payment information — Apple and Google handle all billing securely.
Can I share with family?
Yes. Pro allows up to 3 devices streaming simultaneously; Ultra allows 6. Each person can have their own profile with separate history, favorites, and parental controls — everyone gets their own experience.
