All paid Rabbit IPTV subscriptions are sold as in-app purchases through the Apple App Store (iPhone, iPad, Apple TV, Mac) or Google Play (Android, Android TV). We do not operate our own checkout, we never charge your credit card directly, and we do not store your card details on any of our servers. That means refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own terms — not by us.
1. Free trial
Every new Pro account starts with 14 days of the full experience at no cost. During the trial, no payment is taken by Rabbit IPTV; if you later decide to subscribe from the App Store or Google Play, you may be asked by Apple or Google to confirm a payment method before billing begins. If you simply never subscribe, your account downgrades automatically at the end of the trial and you are never charged.
2. How to request a refund on Apple (App Store, Apple TV, Mac)
Apple processes every purchase and refund made on iPhone, iPad, Apple TV, or Mac. Rabbit IPTV cannot issue refunds on those platforms — but Apple often will:
- Go to reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with the Apple ID you used to subscribe.
- Find the Rabbit IPTV charge, choose "Request a refund", and pick the reason that best matches your situation.
- Apple reviews the request and emails you a decision, usually within 24–48 hours. Approved refunds are returned to your original Apple payment method.
If Apple declines the request and you believe you were charged in error (e.g. a billing bug on our side), email support@rabbit-iptv.com with the Apple receipt and we'll help escalate with Apple where we can.
3. How to request a refund on Google (Play Store, Android, Android TV)
Google processes every purchase and refund made through Google Play. To request one:
- Open Google Play subscriptions in a browser (signed into the Google account that subscribed).
- Find Rabbit IPTV in the list and choose "Manage" → "Report a problem" → "I'd like a refund". Pick the reason and submit.
- Google responds by email. Approved refunds are returned to your original Google Play payment method, typically within a few days.
For charges older than 48 hours Google may direct you to Google Play's refund policy page for the remaining options.
4. Cancel a renewal (so you don't get charged again)
You don't need our help to stop a renewal — only the store where you subscribed can do that:
- Apple (iPhone / iPad / Apple TV / Mac): apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions → Rabbit IPTV → Cancel Subscription.
- Google Play (Android / Android TV): play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions → Rabbit IPTV → Cancel subscription.
You keep access through the end of the paid period and nothing renews after that.
5. Things we can't refund
- Any charge made through Apple or Google — only they can issue the refund. We can advocate on your behalf but we cannot move money back to your Apple / Google Play account.
- Bank, card network, or store fees added by your payment provider. Apple and Google only refund the amount they actually collected.
- IPTV provider subscriptions you pay to someone else. Rabbit IPTV is the player and cloud layer; your channel / VOD provider is a separate company and handles its own billing and refunds.
- Accounts closed for violations of the Terms of Service.
6. If you believe we made a mistake
If the wrong tier was activated on your account, if your paid subscription didn't unlock the app, or if you see a duplicate subscription from us, email support@rabbit-iptv.com with your account email and the App Store or Google Play receipt. We'll investigate within one business day and, where Apple / Google permit, work with you to get the charge reversed or the missing entitlement applied.
7. Local consumer rights
Nothing in this policy limits any statutory refund rights you may have under the consumer law of your country of residence (for example, the 14-day EU withdrawal period for distance contracts). Those rights apply on top of Apple's and Google's own terms.
