These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your
access to and use of Rabbit IPTV — the mobile, TV, desktop, and
web applications, the cloud sync service at
api.rabbit-iptv.com, and this marketing site
(together, the "Service"). By creating an
account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. What Rabbit IPTV is, and isn't
Rabbit IPTV is a media player and personal cloud sync service. We do not own, operate, host, resell, transcode, proxy, or curate any of the streams you watch. You bring your own IPTV subscription — an Xtream Codes account, an M3U playlist URL, or a Stalker portal — and we play whatever your provider sends back. Whether your content source is licensed in your country is between you and that provider.
2. Your account
- You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to create an account.
- You're responsible for keeping your credentials secret, and for every action taken from your account.
- You may create multiple profiles inside one account; profiles are not separate accounts and share the same subscription.
- We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms, abuse our infrastructure, or are used to distribute illegal content.
3. Subscriptions, free trial, and renewals
- Pro — USD $14.99 per year, up to 3 signed-in devices. Starts with a 14-day free trial.
- Ultra — USD $29.99 per year, up to 6 signed-in devices.
- All paid subscriptions are sold as in-app purchases through the Apple App Store (iPhone, iPad, Apple TV, Mac) or Google Play (Android, Android TV). Rabbit IPTV does not operate its own checkout and does not charge your card directly.
- Subscriptions renew automatically once a year through the store where you subscribed, using the payment method that store has on file. You can cancel future renewals at any time from your Apple subscriptions page (apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions) or Google Play subscriptions page (play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions); access continues through the end of the current paid period.
- Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own terms. See our Refund Policy for step-by-step instructions.
- Local taxes and currency conversion fees are added at checkout by Apple or Google based on your store region.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Circumvent the device limits on your plan, share your login broadly, or use bots / scrapers against our API.
- Upload, paste, or configure content that you do not have the right to watch in your country.
- Use Rabbit IPTV to host, rebroadcast, or commercially redistribute streams to third parties.
- Probe, stress-test, or attempt to disrupt our infrastructure.
5. Third-party content and providers
Your IPTV provider is a third party we don't control. We cannot guarantee channel line-ups, uptime, EPG accuracy, or legal status of the streams they deliver. If your provider goes dark, raises prices, or locks you out, your Rabbit IPTV subscription is unaffected — you can swap in another provider the same day.
6. Intellectual property
The Rabbit IPTV brand, apps, source code, and design belong to Rabbit IPTV. You get a non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial viewing as long as your subscription is active. Artwork and metadata shown inside the app (posters, descriptions, logos) are provided by TMDB and remain the property of their respective owners.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties — express, implied, or statutory — including fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, and non-infringement. Streaming depends on your provider, your internet connection, and the codecs your device supports.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Rabbit IPTV's total liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Changes to the Service and these Terms
We may update features, pricing, and these Terms. Material changes will be announced in-app and on this page at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date means you accept the new version.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of your country of residence to the extent those laws give you mandatory consumer rights. Otherwise, disputes are resolved under Delaware (USA) law, excluding its conflict-of-laws rules.
